Our Counselor is Robert Ridley. He is a Certified Counselor licensed by the State of Tennessee. He is trained and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and is endorsed by his respective faith group. He is skilled at listening, assessing problems, and facilitating healing through insight and discovery. He is a Biblically grounded Christian, and he serves persons from all faith perspectives, including those without religious affiliation. In historic pastoral tradition, every person is God's creation, confidences are a sacred trust, and hope reigns eternal.
Dedicated to excellence, the Counseling Center is a ministry of the Cumberland Plateau Baptist Association of churches working in a mission of providing skilled care for the people of Cumberland and surrounding counties.
This ministry receives support from counseling fees, the Cumberland Plateau Baptist Association budget, contributions from area churches and individuals.
